Degree of Difficulty

When recruiting for your next startup adventure, consider the job description and degree of difficulty recruiting for Shackleton’s voyage to be the first men to reach the South Pole in early 1900:

“Men wanted for hazardous journey. Bitter Cold. Long months of complete darkness. Constant danger. Safe return doubtful. Honour and recognition in case of success.” –Ernest Shackleton
